Something confuses me about the night story though. There are 3 or 4 characters in night story?

Are the first two both in the same shop? i only say that cos they're both indoors... but they could be working together? if so, why is she oblivious? she might even be the person who ends up saving the other "man", in which case, how did she get from inside the shop to "from outta nowhere" so fast to save him?
Supposing there was another "she" who was the actual saver, the first woman could have even the cop who found no-one guilty, which could be why she was oblivious.


Erm, we don't even know who the gun person is aiming for. that dude could have been there by accident.

It sounds like the "she" is being targeted at this point though, but somehow the bullet flies towards the other dude.

When Chloe says she was "oblivious" does she mean cos "she" was a cop and found a non-guilty person, or because she was originally being targeted, yet wasn't the one to nearly die?

And a car you say connor? i just assumed he was in the coffee shop with her looking out a window... hmm.

sterlz...some of that is totally legit. but be careful how far you take it. due to the...
interesting... sentence structure, you cant actually be certain how many people there are there. sure there's a more probable situation, but when your analysis method is taken to the extreme, it's actually even possible that every single pronoun there is a seperate individual. obviously unlikely, but esp the way the first two sentences are, that could be upto 3 people potentially, from a 4ths perspective. you just dont know. so be careful

the car is indirectly referenced in the last line-'pulled away from the curb'...although this implies he was outside the starbucks aiming at whoever was in there.
