Someone decided it would be smart to launch a substantial lynch effort to the cop, then after revealing they went on to the angel...

Someone got scared because a few people were random lynching him, and instead of trying to convince them that their lynches were silly he immediate claimed P:

There were 3 and there was the possibility of if both mafia were on they could instantly tip the balance over half then I would be dead on the spot no? Then you'd all be omg Laurence you didn't claim, >.> god you all think your sich hot stuff that you can't think two damn steps ahead of yourselves

If you think about it, if the mafia were online they probably would have followd the lynch anyway because it would be the fastest way to get someone who they knew were townie lynched.

That's an assumption that could possibly have let me die so it's stupid to assume such a thing

Look, I'm not saying what you did was completely idiotic or anything, you had a good reason for it and everything. I'm just saying there were more things you could have tried which may have lead to a better result. But this doesn't actually matter, it's just a game, and we shouldn't be discussing it outside of the thread this much anyway

well, i was just thinking...
Laurence, you should have claimed or at least hinted to us that you were a powerrole, you didnt need to scream "IM COP" to us because we know you would have been saved one way or the other at night...
Also, Sindey, you should have claimed you had the other power-role when people were getting agitated and wanting to vote you off.
That way, no-one would have known what both of you were. And the mafia would only have a 50/50 chance of lynching the right person at night.
And definitely no power roles would have been lynched by the towns people.

if you had hinted, the mafia might not have picked it up, but if it seems that noone was getting it you should have just said... "im power role here guys". Not "HEY MAFIA! im the cop so now the angel cant possibly hope to come out"

Well actually I took the then safest action which in my view was the correct one, I'd rather make my own move rather than have someone make it for me

Yes, okay, but surely you can recognise that better moves existed? I'm not saying you have to regret your move or anything, or that you should follow other peoples orders...
