Uh wait. Does this mean that fweaks is dead? NOOOOOOOOOOOOooo

Or...But....They didn't kill him? They came to kill him and his magical poems stopped them??

That would seem to say quite a lot without telling us much at all, but the more I read it the more meaning I see in it. Maybe I'm starting to appreciate this poetry, foreign as it may be?

So uh... what does it actually say?

I'm guessing he is alive and won't rhyme no more? fweaks that is
What i gather is he was targeted by someone (he seems to be trying to say something to someone) and then he was killed (but in the end nothing, he saw) but an angel named 'Light' brought him back to life.

Anyone else on thoughts?

I am going to guess that no one died???

It also says THEY, guessing more than one person tried to kill fweaks?

She must be cop. Cop must have investigated fweaks as well, and it looks like he was innocent. Nice spotting there peach. 'They' must be mafia.

Just noticed skrillakas sig mentions Light - maybe he is indeed the angel / doc that saved fweaks?

Ok ok, lets try this indepth thing people keep mentioning.

I'm assuming everything is about Fweaks because, well, poems.

Someone tried to kill him but was stopped. Roleblocked or he's bulletproof by the sounds of it.

So maybe someone tried to investigate him and he was town (naught, nothing important except he's a sod for his poems lol).

He's harmless (again, town aligned). But he can't talk except in poems so he didn't say anything at all...or something.

Knocking the rhyme out of sight sounds like killing Fweaks to me. Or stopping him from speaking in poems?

lol well... we are ALL assuming that this is fweaks... but really, it could be ANYONE.
Most likely it is fweaks with all the rhyme references.

re reading it again, the last verse could actually be like another event??

If that did indeed describe the WHOLE night, it can't all be about ONE person being targeted. I am thinking some verses might be referring to a separate event??

In short, EVERYONE targeted Jonathon last night it seems.
We have investigators/ cops, maybe a role blocker.

Okay, this might be a crazy thought, but what if Fweaks is a lightning rod?

Generally, they are townie roles (pretty much confirmed in the night story) and it explains why all the actions look like they're being directed to him.

Even the night story is in rhyme.
Either mod wanted to shake things up with a bit of style, or its hinting at Fweaks again for some reason.

I like that bit sterling mentioned about "nothing he saw", sounds a lot more to me like a failed investigation into a townie than someone actually dying. Also see the fact that noone was mentioned to be dead. Isn't that what is supposed to happen after a night phase? We get a rundown of the people who died and so on?

"So from poetry he would abstain" makes me think that maybe fweaks' limerick restriction thing might have been taken off. My guess is cause a lot of people kept being all "I cant understand limericks!" and mod took that away to make things easier? Just a thought, might be something completely different.

So yeah, thats my guess, someone failed an investigation/only found another townie and fweaks is not going to be poeting any more.

If Fweaks is a lightning rod, all investigations/ kills/ heals/ role blocks would have been passively attracted to him.

So he may have died and been healed last night.

Wait, Skrilla has Light > L in his sig, and Constrosity has L > Light in his. What's this about? o.o (Don't tell me it's death note...I haven't watched it but I heard there's a character called L...?)

But if Light is a character in death note... could it be that the night story has a cameo? o.O WHAAAAT now I'm even more confused.



Lightning rod for Fweaks does actually sound legit. So if we don't accidentally lynch our doctor we're perfectly fine, right?

If we don't hear from fweaks then he might not be allowed to post at all today. "So from poetry he would abstain" means he won't talk poetry, but he might not be talking at all...

The L > Light thing in my sig is from aaaages ago. There was another forum member, Ben, who we had arguments with over who was better out of Light or L. And the sig is just the result of that

Oh dear, I don't think Chloe would be so blunt as to actually point out references in players signatures and link them to specific roles. That would be WAAAY too obvious for mafia. I think she just wanted to name the character to make the night story rhyme? (For the record, Mello/Near/Matt ftw)



Anyways, I think we need to lynch Fweaks if he is lightning rod.


I know he is town, but if we leave him alive in the night phase, no killing/ investigations will be done.
We will gain NO information, and moving forward would be dependent on BLIND LYNCHES. Less than ideal for townies and ideal for mafia >.<

As we can gather from the night story, he doesn't have any notable action-role, and so at least we know we won't be killing an essential power.

I want him to come online and defend himself before I condemn him of course.

But yeah, he would be my first lynch choice until I am convinced otherwise.

Hmmm to reiterate what Peach said a while ago, the THEY could imply there are multiple killing roles that went after the same person (in this case, fweaks).

If there are multiple killing roles, it could be likely that fweaks could indeed be a lightning rod. It's pretty unlikely that 2 different killers (either more than one mafia, or mafia + serial killer) attacked the same person. Though it shouldn't be ruled out that they all just happened to attack him. Probably thought that he must've been forced to talk in limericks for a reason.

As for the references to peoples signatures, I think that's just a coincedence =P That's WAYYYY too hardcore and I'm pretty sure it ain't THAT deep, haha.

If he actually is the Lightning rod though, then it probably would be a good idea to get rid of him because, as Pizza just said, we probably won't learn ANYTHING until he is gone. I'm still a bit unsure coz it probably is just a coincedence that everyone just attacked him coz they were scared of what his post restriction could imply =P Though I'm a bit unsure if Jonno can post now, coz I'm sure he would've said something by now if he could...
